Product Owners

The Product Owner, or PO, is the member of a team that uses agile methodologies to define stories and prioritize the backlog of a product or project.He/she is responsible for maintaining the conceptual integrity of new features, bugs or improvements, so that they follow a defined vision for the product or project.In addition, he/she is also responsible for the final quality of the deliverables, being the only one who should have the power to accept stories as completed.

Description

As a liaison between the development team and customers, the Product Owner must collaborate closely with both groups to ensure there is a clear understanding of what features are needed in the product or application. Because there can be a variety of customer and user types, the Product Owner must have a solid understanding of the business domain and the different needs of different types of users.
